IIMSS-08 Sessions

Paper Submission

Papers for IIMSS-08 should be prepared following the instructions available on the Paper Submission page of this web site.

Papers must be submitted electronically in PDF format using the PROSE Publication Review and Organisation System available from the main menu. Email submissions are not acceptable. When papers are submitted via PROSE the author is required to select whether the paper is to be considered for the conference General Track or for an Invited Session.

The General Track

Papers on topics of general relevance to the symposium defined in the Conference Scope should be submitted (via the PROSE online submission and review system) for inclusion in the General Track. The Programme Committee Chair will assign reviewers and oversee the refereeing process for these papers and if accepted they will be nominated for oral or poster presentations as appropriate.

Invited Sessions

Invited Sessions are organised and chaired by senior researchers who have knowledge of, and a special interest in, the topic of the session.

We invite researchers investigating emerging topics and new areas of research within the field to organise invited sessions, or parallel workshops of a half or full day, collecting a minimum of five papers from around the world. Organisers of Invited Sessions undertake to: Researchers who would like to organise one or more Invited Sessions on topics falling within the scope of the conference are invited to submit a proposal for consideration. This should include:

The title of the session; If accepted, the Invited Session Chair will be asked to provide the URL of a web page containing the Invited Session Call for Papers (CFP). The Invited Session details and the link to the web page CFP will be placed on the table of Invited Sessions.
